How To Change Your Profile Picture or Information

Twitter is more fun when you customize your profile. You can change your image in the "Profile" tab on the fifth tab of your account settings. Your image should be no less than 48k and can be up to 700k in the following formats: JPG, GIF, PNG. (Twitter no longer supports animated GIFs.)

How to change your picture:

1. Log in to www.twitter.com
2. Click Settings.
3. Click on Profile on the fifth tab of your navigation bar.
4. Click on Change Image along with the profile picture.
5. You'll see the Choose File button. Click this button to choose which file to load.
6. After selecting the file, click Save at the bottom of the page. (See image below).Note: The thumbnail image chosen will only appear when you click "Save."

Updating your name, bio, and location info

To change the location, website, picture, or bio listed on your profile, follow these steps:

1. Visit the 'Profile' tab under Settings
2. Make the desired changes
3. Be sure to click 'Save'!
