Σε περίπτωση που κολλήσει το ποντίκι σας και δεν μπορείτε να κλείσετε ή επανεκκινήσετε τον ύπολογιστή σας, πατήστε στο πληκτρολόγιό σας το Tab, προσέξτε την διαδρομή του και όταν φτάσει στην έναρξη πατήστε enter, και πάλι tab μέχρι να φτάσει στην επανεκκίνηση ή απενεργοποίηση και πατήστε πάλι enter !

Σε περίπτωση που κολλήσει το ποντίκι σας και δεν μπορείτε να κλείσετε ή επανεκκινήσετε τον ύπολογιστή σας, πατήστε στο πληκτρολόγιό σας το Tab, προσέξτε την διαδρομή του και όταν φτάσει στην έναρξη πατήστε enter και

• tab όσες φορές χρειαστεί για να πάει στον τερματισμό ή στην επανεκκίνηση και πατήστε enter για άλλη μια φορά, για να εκτελεστεί ή εντολή σας.

• τα βελάκια του πληκτρολογίου, σε περίπτωση που σας ανοίγει σαν μενού, για να κατευθύνετε την επιλογή σας στον τερματισμό ή στην επανεκκίνηση και enter για να ολοκληρώσετε.

Τα παραπάνω είναι ανάλογα με το τί λειτουργικό πρόγραμμα είναι εγκατεστημένο στον υπολογιστή σας, αλλά και δικές σας προσαρμοσμένες προσωπικές ρυθμίσεις που μπορεί να έχετε κάνει, για αυτό δεν μπορώ να σας πω πόσες φορές πρέπει να το πατήσετε... ! Πατήστε το άφοβα μέχρι να καταλάβετε ποιό στοιχείο επιλέγει κάθε φορά, και όταν βρείτε το σωστό πατήστε το enter.


Πολλάκις, όταν κολλάει το ποντίκι, με την επανεκκίνηση δεν διορθώνεται το πρόβλημα και πρέπει να το ξανακάνετε.,, Συνιστώ λοιπόν απ΄ ευθείας τερματισμό για να μην χάσετε παραπάνω χρόνο και το ανάβετε πάλι !

Αν ποτέ σας κολλήσει ο υπολογιστής σας ή το lap - top σας, υπάρχουν πολλοί τρόποι να το κλείσεις ... ή να το επανεκκινήσεις. Όπως επίσης, αν κάποιο πρόγραμμα ή ο περιηγητής σας δεν ανταποκρίνεται
Αυτά όμως, που πρέπει να αποφεύγετε - και μόνο αν δεν λειτουργήσουν όλα τα άλλα να χρησιμοποιήσετε - είναι

• να πατάτε το κουμπί Shut Down ή Power Off ή Power, ανάλογα με το τι έχετε,
• να κλείνετε το διακοπτάκι του τροφοδοτικού, 

Αυτό που πρέπει να κάνετε αρχικά είναι

• Αν έχετε να κάνετε με windows 95/98/2000/service packs 1,2,3 ή/& παλιό υπολογιστή κρατήστε πατημένα τα Ctrl + Alt και πατήστε 2 φορές το delete - ο υπολογιστής σας θα κάνει επανεκκίνηση.

• Αν έχετε xp ή vista και νεότερο υπολογιστή, κρατήστε πατημένα τα Ctrl + Alt και πατήστε 1 φορά το delete - ανοίγει ένα παράθυρο της διαχείρισης εργασιών και σας δείχνει ότι πρόγραμμα είναι ανοιχτό την δεδομένη στιγμή.

Επιλέξτε με το ποντίκι σας το πρόγραμμα που θέλετε να κλείσει γιατί δεν ανταποκρίνεται και πατήστε τέλος εργασίας. Το πρόγραμμα θα κλείσει αν όχι αμέσως ... άμεσα. Κάντε τώρα ένα σωστό τερματισμό ή μια σωστή επανεκκίνηση.
Αν δεν είναι κανένα πρόγραμμα ανοιχτό και ο υπολογιστής παραμένει κολλημένος πατήστε τέλος λειτουργείας.

• Αν έχετε win7 σας ανοίγει η οθόνη επιλογών, όπου σας δίνεται και η διαχείριση εργασιών

Αν δεν ανταποκρίνεται κάποιο πρόγραμμα επιλέξτε την διαχείριση εργασιών επιλέξτε το πρόγραμμα και πατήστε τέλος εργασίας. Κάντε τώρα ένα σωστό τερματισμό ή μια σωστή επανεκκίνηση.

Αν γενικότερα δεν ανταποκρίνεται ο υπολογιστής, πατήστε το κουμπί τερματισμού κάτω δεξιά και επιλέξτε τερματισμό ή επανεκκίνηση.

Αν δεν πιάσουν οι παραπάνω οδηγίες, τότε καταφεύγουμε στο reset (οι πιο παλιοί υπολογιστές δεν έχουν), που βρίσκεται κοντά στο κουμπί Power.

Αν δεν λειτουργήσει ούτε αυτό, τότε το τερματίζουμε απο το Power.

Ο λόγος που το αποφεύγουμε είναι γιατί θα δημιουργηθεί πρόβλημα στα αρχεία του συστήματος και στην γενική του διαμόρφωση, που μπορεί να την γλυτώσετε μία, αλλά πιθανότατα δεν θα ανοίξει καθόλου την επόμενη φορά ή θα ανοίξει με πρόβλημα που θα χρειάζεται τεχνικό για να το φτιάξετε...

• Βάλτε το router σε ένα κεντρικό σημείο του χώρου σας, και όχι δίπλα σε παράθυρα, καθρέφτες, γυάλινες επιφάνειες, που εμποδίζουν, διαρέουν, χάνουν ή ανακατευθύνουν το σήμα.

Μην σας παραξενέψει που η διεύθυνση θα είναι αριθμοί και θα δείχνει κάπως έτσι   192.168.01.01

Τώρα για να γίνουν τα παρακάτω βήματα, χρειάζεται:

ή
να βρείτε τα χαρτιά που σας έδωσαν όταν σας φέρανε το μόντεμ, γιατί εκεί θα είναι γραμμένο 99%

ή
να καλέστε την τεχνική υποστήριξη της εταιρίας σας, να σας δώσει την διεύθυνση που μπορείτε να μπείτε να το κάνετε αυτό και τους κωδικούς για την είσοδο. Να έχετε εύκαιρα τα στοιχεία του router σας - μάρκα και μοντέλο - γιατί η σελίδα που θα μπείτε αφορά το router σας,

ή
να γράψετε στην αναζήτηση του περιηγητή σας το μοντέλο του router, την μάρκα και "IP" και θα το βρείτε ...

ή
μπορείτε να δείτε εδώ την ανάρτησή μας με λίστα routers, μοντέλα και τους κωδικούς πρόσβασης.

Αφού βρείτε την IP, την βάλετε στην μπάρα διευθύνσεων του περιηγητή σας και πατήστε enter, και αφώτου εισάγετε τους κωδικούς εισόδου,

βρείτε τις ρυθμίσεις και κάντε τα εξής :

• Αλλάξτε τους κωδικούς της εισόδου και γράψτε τους για να τους θυμάστε

• Ενεργοποιήστε το WEP (Wireless Encryption Protocol). Βάλτε τον 10ψήφιο κωδικό (ένα νούμερο που να θυμάστε, για να το δώσετε και σε όποιον και όποτε θελήσετε - σημειώστε τον), για να το κλειδώσετε και να μην έχουν άλλοι πρόσβαση. 

• Απενεργοποιήστε το SSID (Service Set Identifier). Εδώ φαίνονται τα στοιχεία σας και αν το απενεργοποιήσετε, όταν κάποιος ψάχνει για ασύρματα δίκτυα στον υπολογιστή του, τότε το δικό σας δε θα εμφανίζεται στα διαθέσιμα δίκτυα. 

• Απενεργοποιήστε το DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol). Ετσι οι hackers, θα πρέπει να αποκωδικοποιήσουν τις παραμέτρους TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol), σπαταλόντας χρόνο και έχοντας βαθμίδες δυσκολίας. 

• Απενεργοποιήστε τις ρυθμίσεις SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol). 

• Αν το router το access point έχει access list (λίστα πρόσβασης) δηλώστε ποιους θέλετε να έχουν πρόσβαση στο δίκτυο σας.
