If the Mobile Contact Importer doesn't work, check the following points:
- Does your phone support Java?
- Can you go on the Internet with your phone? (not via MMS or WAP)
- If you have a phone and a contract that allows you to go on the
Internet, make sure that your phone is correctly configured to access
Internet via a Java application. To do so, check with your provider, as
the settings depend on your phone and on your provider.
- If you managed to install and run the application but can't import
your contact list, make sure that your contact list is not empty and
that the application is authorized to access it (if you have contacts
saved on your phone and your SIM card, the application might ask you
twice). If you have a very big contact list, mind that importing them
might take a while and this could cost you.
If you have done all this and you still can't import your contacts,
contact our Helpdesk and give them the model of your GSM and the name of
your provider.
