I cannot login with another account

This is a known bug on Netlog 24. When you remove the program, the settings do not get completely removed. Please accept our apologies for this.

You can solve this problem temporarily by following these steps:

- Go to 'Netlog 24 Preferences'
- Untick 'Remember password'
- Close Netlog 24 and start it again
- Enter your correct nickname and password and log in.

If you can't untick 'Remember password', first download the last update of Netlog 24.
